Karen qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006 but started working in conveyancing in 2001.
Karen has a detailed understanding of conveyancing transactions and the work that needs to be undertaken to see them through to a safe and swift conclusion.

Karen specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases (both for occupation and investment) and renewal and grant of long leases of flats.
