Each of our Lawyers have their own team who will be with you every step of the way, from the point of contact with us (once you have made your offer, or had an offer accepted), right through to completion day, and thereafter should we be registering a property into your name.
We know each client is different, their understanding and experience of buying and selling homes varied and as such it is essential that we tailor how we communicate with you, from the first time buyer, to experienced developer. Whilst keeping up with the times, and knowing many clients like the use of emails, and zoom we are still very mindful of our more vulnerable clients, it is our promise to ensure that we tailor how we communicate with you, and make time for you in the office should you need this support.
We work closely with many of the local estate agents, who often recommend us to their clients, this helps you to know we move transactions on with direct and clear contact with your agent throughout. We are able to refer you to other agencies such as tax advisors, builders and surveyors, we only recommend people we really trust and know will do the job as well as we do.
Not only do we deal with property sales and purchases, but our Lawyers are skilled in re mortgages, transfer of equity, land division, new leases and other more complex matters. We provide a range of services to help safe guard you and your home, or property investment, including tenancy agreements and declaration of trusts. When completing your property matter, we can also guide you through creating your will to ensure that your investment is protected for your family.
